Join us in the Parish Hall on Sunday December 4th at 12:30PM for a presentation on the Advanced Care Planning Directive and POLST.

Our presenter is Lisa Erbstoesser who has been an RN for over 35 years with experience in multiple areas of acute and subacute care including ICU and whole hospital case management. Lisa has always practiced nursing with a Catholic perspective. Advanced Healthcare Directive and POLST forms will be available. Any questions, please call the parish office.
